Cell Immunofluorescence Based on the specific binding of antigen and antibody, a known antigen or
antibody is labeled with a fluorescent group, and then this fluorescent antibody
(or antigen) is used as a probe to examine the corresponding antigen(or
antibody) in cells or tissues. Fluorescence microscope can be used to observe
the cells or tissues with the fluorescence so as to determine the nature and
location of antigens or antibodies.
