Endometriosis model1 cm of the proximal left uterine horn and 2 cm of the distal ovarian are ligated. Also, the ends of the mesometrium blood vessels are sealed, following which an excision of approximately 1 cm long is made. The tubular uterus is cut along the mesentery with ophthalmic scissors, and then cut into 3mm*3mm fragments, with a total of 4 pieces, which are sutured on the right mesentery with abundant blood vessels with 6-0 suture. Hence, the rat model of endometriosis is established.
