Clinical data and basic experimental data are sorted and analyzed through professional statistical software. Relatively valuable and meaningful data are extracted from a large number of disordered and elusive data.

Graphing

The raw data are plotted through professional statistical and mapping software, including SPSS, Graphpad and Medcalc. The types of graphs are as follows: bar chart, line chart, scatter plot, Box-plot, Violin Plot, Pie chart, survival curve plot, ROC curve plot, etc.

Result analysis

Professional software such as Image J and Quantity One are applied to conduct quantitative analyses on the angiogenesis images, gel electrophoresis images, Masson staining, alizarin red staining, immunohistochemistry and SA-β-Gal staining, so as to quickly obtain high-quality analysis results.
