HE pathological stainingHE staining reagent includes Hematoxylin staining solution (which is basic in nature and can make cells blue) and eosin staining solution (which is acidic and can make cells red), as indicated by the blue nuclei and red cytoplasm. Two different staining solutions allow the cells to change the refractive index by color, and the cell image can be presented under the light microscope.
